Join us as Uyghur organizations deliver a press conference observing Uyghur Genocide Recognition Day.
Organized by Campaign for Uyghurs and the Uyghur Academy, in collaboration with partner organizations, the event marks the fourth anniversary of the Uyghur Tribunal’s 2021 finding of genocide and crimes against humanity.
The press conference will provide an update on current conditions in the Uyghur homeland, reflect on the significance of the Tribunal’s ruling, and outline key calls to action. Representatives from the co-sponsoring groups will offer brief remarks.
